Demand Metrics is provided under the terms of a site license.

A site license enables any number of employees of a company to use the software from any number of computers. For Demand Metrics a site is defined as the server location from which the sql script extracted the information input to the Demand Metrics utility. Multi site licenses are available subject to negotiation. Site licenses do not cover subsidiary companies or customers of a company.

The software is supplied on a release basis. Maintenence releases are supplied without charge. Upgrade releases incorporating significant new functionality are avaialble at the posted price.

If you prefer on site assistance, we can install the software on your site and train your supporting personnel.

These prices are valid anywhere in the continental United States and include the software cost.

 Corporate Order

We recommend, and you may prefer, the corporate purchase order and check payment route.

Corporate purchase orders and checks should be mailed to ZDS llc, 270 Leslie Ct #2, Mountain View, California, 94043-3814.

Please indicate on your order a contact and email address to which advices of software updates and upgrades can be sent. They will be used strictly for that purpose.

 On-Line

Alternatively if you have a corporate credit card, you can use our secure payment server. On-Line ordering support is provided by Digital River our secure commerce partner.

Please note that if you use a credit card your card issuing bank will ask for a password to verify that you authorize the purchase. If you do not have one, your bank will provide one on-line. You will then be asked to supply the name on your card, the card signature code, the card expiration date, your zip code, last 4 SSN digits, and an email address.

Once we have received your order, a full licensed version and license key file will be sent to your email address.
