This is actually a tool for a tool. It renames files crushed by the PngCrush public domain utility.
On Win32 platforms, due to limitations of the command shell, png files with long file names are generated by PngCrush with '8.3' short file names.
w32rnpng renames the compressed output png files back to the original long file names.
